Our Gift Vouchers are issued with a validity of two years, after payment, for the customer to be able to offer. When the recipient of the voucher wants to use it, just contact us or use the gift card/voucher code and deduct that amount in the selected cruise. We advise the recipient of the voucher to book the cruise in advance, so that we can secure seats on board.
Gift vouchers automatically expire after reaching two years from the date of purchase, and are not subject to any reactivation or refund.
INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFER A VOUCHER FOR CRUISES IN THE DOURO:
Fill the form;
Indicate the Cruise you want to offer or choose a Gift Card (50€, 75€, 100€, 250€, 500€, 750€ ou 1000€);
Indicate your name and the name of the receiver;
After filling in the form, you will receive an email with your payment details;
After payment you will receive a pdf document with the Gift Card and its code in your email;
When the recipient wants to use this Gift Card, they should contact us or choose a Cruise and enter the voucher code on the form where the value will be deducted.We remind you that you must select a date with availability and you must make your appointment a few weeks in advance. The date for the Program is chosen by the recipient of the Voucher.
We advise the receiver(s) of the Voucher to booking in advance, in order to assure availability on the desired date.
